One Submit review deadlines and refund terms

One Submit’s FAQ gives curators ten days from a campaign’s start to review a song. Its terms describe proportional refunds or account credits for undelivered campaign services, with conditions; refunds may be issued as account balance. A completed review that declines a song is different from an undelivered review.

For SubmitLink paid submissions, a curator must respond within seven days or you receive campaign credits for that submission. Free submissions do not carry this response guarantee. In both cases, a curator can decide the song is not a fit.

If you add other channels on One Submit, read their specific terms: YouTube, TikTok and Magazine campaigns do not carry the same blanket promise of written feedback. Choose the service based on the deliverable included in your purchase.

One Submit playlist screening and customer reviews

One Submit publicly explains its service, fees and campaign terms, and says it checks its playlists for organic activity. It also has a customer review profile. Read recent accounts that identify the channel used and the service received; a story about a blog feature answers a different question from one about Spotify submissions.

Look for reviews that report whether curators responded, whether the song was added and whether listeners engaged afterward. Neither One Submit nor SubmitLink sells a guarantee that your track will be accepted by a curator.
